In the basement there is a bedroom with bunk beds, adjacent to which there is a WC.
The annex is a few paces away across the courtyard. It has a large kitchen diner and a sitting area with TV and DVD player. It is equipped with a pellet burner for those cooler months of the year. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom next door. There is also a summer kitchen with additional space for food preparation.
The attractive, well maintained gardens have several areas in which to enjoy the sun or the shade. The mill also has a terrace with a millstone table, ideal for that glass of wine at sunset. At the foot of the pool there is a covered area for al-fresco dining next to which is a purpose built BBQ for those warm summer evenings.
